Bed bugs galore. Dirty linen with holes in the sheets. The bath towels seemed unwashed Very poor service. Reluctant and unfriendly staff. Poor choices and equally poor quality of the meals served. Never ever want to go there even if it was the last place available.

A night stay with family. Bed bugs, sloppy service, poor finishes in the room and appalling attention deficiency. No bell boy in sight on arrival of our party. Reception has to run to fetch him. Each room had hotel business card by the phone. Why? The intercom did not work so you had to make a call to front desk using your cell phone. Ordered room service but received insufficient plates and cutlery. Had to walk down to reception. Had to beg for towels. Bed bugs- horror! . Hot water geyser did not work. Poor quality of linen. Unclean cabinets. Tea and coffee at breakfast served in half size paper cups!

Had two nights plus a day stay at hotel. Hotel Staffs are prompt but not professional at all. Food quality is pathetic and aren't healthy at all. The Location not preferable for couples. Look elsewhere.

Rooms were uncleaned, dirty & poor service. Bathrooms were bad. Food ok. Looks good online but reality not good. Electricity issue, no hot water etc.. We reached evening 5 pm still the rooms were not ready & not cleaned properly. Not recommended for family.

We booked the room after seeing the mix reviews but honestly this hotel deserves no star. It will leave you with dirty rooms with hairs all the side, badly torned pillows and bed sheets, regular electricity cuts keeps irritating you. Staff blames each other for the mistakes and problems. Too much to write but winding up in short. Dont try to be here just like we did. Imp Note : The hotel is with walking distance to ISBT bus stand. Not Recommended and you have much better options near by.
